Here's a little information about me.
I have been making fudge and flavoured coffees for years for friends and it has been so successful that last year I finally took the plunge and starting selling my wares at Christmas Fairs.
I have since expanded my range significantly and now do many flavours of fudge and chocolate truffles as well as flavoured coffees, turkish delight, coconut ice and many home made jams and jellies. The jams and jellies are all home grown fruit that has not been sprayed and usually slightly unusual flavours (quince and crab apple).
As well as making enough fudge to sink a ship I also work full time and have a young son and husband to look after. They are my best taste testers and always do their best to ensure you will enjoy the end results.
